NOTE: in this alternate history, Aang wasn't found for a longer period of time. He stayed young, while the world grew older, and the fire nation turned into a fire Empire.

(there, hope it clears things up a bit: I realised I didn't make it very clear in the opening page. I should draw a prelude).

I do realise this is not the most inventive way of pulling the story along, but just trying to get all the characters together in a logical over complicated way.
I'm sorry of the next few pages get a bit wordy. It should diminish by the time we reach the final confrontations.

All characters belong to Mike, Bryan, Nickelodeon and Viacom.

This kinda reminds me of Harper's Ferry. :paranoid:
But I have a feeling it'll end out a lot better.

Hmmm. I don't know Harper's Ferry, so I can't judge if it will indeed end better. I guess it will, my mind is not that dark.

It was a pre-Civil War raid that John Brown started in Virginia. He expected the slaves from the neighboring plantations to revolt, but they didn't, and the attack was a complete failure (it also helped start the war). I'd have to say this attack ended much better.

Ha ha, yes! I just couldn't imagine that last panel any other way I'm afraid. I've been corrupted by Ortolani- so a little wink or tribute for him once in a while sneaks in.
